Skeletons in the Closet...
"Public media should not contain explicit or implied descriptions of sex acts. Our society should be purged of the perverts who provide the media with pornographic material while pretending it has some redeeming social value under the public's 'right to know.' Pornography is pornography, regardless of the source."

One letter quotes independent counsel Kenneth Starr from a supposed 1987 60 Minutes interview in which he denounces media intrusion into private lives and rails against the publication of "pornographic material." For the record, "Mr. Starr has never appeared on the news-magazine," says a CBS spokewman. Another e-mail claims that Monica Lewinsky shows up in the movie Wag the Dog. Sorry, gossipmongers-both stories are bogus.
