Re: Spoiled Product
Today, I purchased the enclosed Snickers bar from the vending service here
at work. When I opened the product, I was surprised at the severely
decayed condition it was in and thus did not eat a bit of it. Because
the decay is gradational from one end to the other, I can only assume that
the package had some kind of pin hole in it. When I examined the package,
I did not notice any obvious sign of puncture.
I have been a loyal Snickers customer for many years and obviously know
that this is not a normal circumstance. In fact, there have been a couple
of times in which this has previously occurred, but not severe enough to
bother me. I felt that in this case, the product was severe enough to
warrant this letter.
Sincerely,
James
